How to Use Tinsel Lashes for Wispy and Textured Sets
- Align With Spikes: Place tinsel near longer Spike Lashes or other longer lengths so the reflective fibers follow the texture of the lash set.
- Choose the Right Length: Use tinsel that is similar in length to the extensions around it so it blends naturally into the lash set.
- Highlight Selected Areas: Place tinsel in specific areas when you want more shimmer in certain parts of the set instead of throughout the entire lash line.
How to Keep Tinsel Placement Balanced During Application
- Compare Both Eyes as You Work: Check the placement and amount of tinsel on both eyes as you work to keep the finished set balanced.
- Check From Below: Use a Lash Mirror to view the set from underneath and check that the tinsel placement looks balanced with the surrounding extensions.
- Complete a Final Isolation Check: Check each tinsel extension and the surrounding lashes for stickies before finishing the set.
